A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS

This afternoon was good the birds were singing outside and the kids were hungry and so do I. I had decided to cook something good for us something special it would be pie and bread with a cup of milk and apple juice. The dinner was done at 5:30 in the afternoon we sat in the table and Jose was really hungry he ate all the pie and bread while I was feeding the horse I was thinking of my husband he was killed 4 years ago in a war the dog was laying on my left side leg with her rigth pal on it.

the pie was made of strawberry my mom was cutting out the bread so that we each could have piece of it my son was really hungry he ate all the food including the milk. i look over the window

the Sky seem dark like if it was going to rain the birds were singing i also heard the dogs outside crying for food the smell was good. sometimes i feel that my husband is around me and that he is always there for me.

when i was cooking in the kitchen i feel that he was rigth in there asking for food i was wearing a bow around her neck shape like a bone that afternoon was strange my youngest son Carlos was sad he refused to eat in the dinner table i always served an extra plate in the table because my husband eats with us too.i was happy but at the same time i was sad because seeing your son and Daughter sad makes you feel disappointed of your self that you cant put a smile on their face

we were having fun and eating pie when it started to rain the trees were covered with water and the grass was totally green it was a great afternoon we discovered alot of different things.

the outside nature was beautiful things change on a second the horse had tiny drops of water in his back. it was now 6:30 we were done eating while i wash the dishes and my mom pick up the table the kids were going to wash their hands and then we would go sit down and try to watch a movie as long the rain doesn't bother the TV and it would be possible that we needed to call the neigh boor for help but it was good we watch the movie and all went to sleep and for the next day make every moment peaceful and fun.

the secret

it was my best friends deepest darkest secret and it would be a hard one to keep.there we were in the back porch talking to each other she had decided to tell me her biggest darkest secret she told me not to tell no one she even made me promise that i will keep it to my self and i did. we had been friends since we were in fourth grade.

she told me that she was going to kill her self one of this days she had problems with her mom and with her stepfather. her father was forcing her to had relations with him and had told her that if she told her mom he would have to kill her and her family one by one. when sh told her mom her mom did not believed her and had talked to her husband about it he said that it was a lie and that he would never do that i told her totalk to her dad and that he would tried to help her, her dad lived in honduras he told her that he would send her money so that she could move in with her aunt and uncle she said that if she was going to be okay she will. two days later her aunt was dead yessnia though that her stepfater had kill her because of the words h told her the other nigth "if you tell someone i will kill your amily one by one" she was terrified and scared.

one monday morning she told me that she had a great tme being my friend and that i could not tell no one about it even though she was going to kill her self it was the thrid time that he ahd abuse her she said that she feels dirty and that she could not support him no more that her mom dint belived in her she hits her when she tels her that about her stepdad. when she told be that she had a great time being my friend i knew that she was going to kill her self that same nigth i dint know what to do i had made a promise with my best friend my head wsa going back and forth spining around with out stopung.

i finally knew what to do when i went to her house i first talked to her mom her mom told me that i was no one to tell her what to do or stop doing i explain how her daugther feel about all this she told me that i was crazy i heard a strange sound upstairs and i ran to look what it was she was in the floor she had cut her veins sometimes its fine to tell someones secret because to can help people be okay and stop them of making an error they took her to the hospital and she said thank her mom left her stepdad and they arested him now she smiles again and she keeps in touch with me through the computer she moved to washington d.c.

her mysterious death

Her death was due to mysterious circumstances and I was assigned to the case. Her named was Alia Chavez an 18 year old who had a baby who had 7 month and lived with her mom in a baseman. On October 14 2006 she had gotten out of work at 8:00pm her friends had pick her up at work their names were Juana and Yolanda who had been friends with Alia since 3 grade they were neighbors. Her boyfriend spanky was waiting for her outside her house for about half hour when he saw her he pulled her out of the car and push her to the floor Juana and Yolanda soon got out and help her up she said that she would be okay but as soon as they went inside the house they started to scream it appears that the people who lived in the second floor heard everything they said it had to be with money he wanted her to give him money he ask her for 600 dollars and she refused to give them to him. He also was hiding from the police and had been living with her and her mom for about 3 weeks fights were going on to often. Until she decided to let him go.

The next day Juana and Yolanda were heading to work but they decided to go check on Alia when they knock her door she refuse to open they told Alia to open the door she had bruises on her face. Her neighbor Erick who lived on the second floor ask her if everything was okay she said yes. As the people who lived around their describes Alia as a girl who loved her kid and her boyfriend they never seen her hanging out with gangs or people who were bad.

That same night they invited Alia over Yolanda’s house they were having a party she went over Yolanda’s house around 7:30 but she was not by her self she was with her boyfriend spanky spanky was 23 he was African American he was a man that did not like other man talking to Alia.



In January 4 2007 Alia was with her baby in the back yard with her dog princess her mom had gone to the back yard and said bye to her she was leaving to work Alia like always said bye mom I loved you and gave her a big hug that same day in the morning she had told her mom that she had a strange feeling like if something was going to happen her mom told her that it was going to be okay.

Erick saw Belinda walking to work so he stop and told her if she needed a ride Erick told her that he had heard her arguing with her boyfriend and that it could be that he hit her often she did not believe on what Erick was saying. That night Alia called her mom and told her that she needed to talk to her about something very important her mom Belinda told her that she would be home around 10:00 she said that when she gets home they would talk about it when her mom got home she found Alia in the floor surrounded by blood her mom called the police the news came ambulance came I was there too.

her shirt was white but it turn red her baby was in the couch crying aloud police said that when her mom arrived Alia had 45 minutes of dead no body saw nothing no noise no one go inside her house or out she had wounds in her body her neck was cut out one knife was missing but the problem is that no one knows who killed her could it be spanky or her ex boyfriend Alex who did not let her make her life with spakny.

We don’t have no clues nothing that shows us who killed her 1 year later they noticed that sapnky had not stop by and see his baby he had been in the hospital since the same day they killed Alia he had crash and was in very serious conditions could it be sapnky who killed his own girlfriend the case was solved one year later sapnky had a figth with Alia he grabbed the knife and wounded her he put the baby in the couch he put a clean knife that didn’t had sapnkys marks then Alia tried to call her neighbor in the second floor to ask for help but when Mari Erick's mom answer Alia was already dead in the other hand spanky ran away and tried to kill himself but he dint make it he was put in a hospital were he was watch so that he would not escaped and then he would be put in jail for 25 years or more the police in my infestations.

when I went to visit spanky they had told that he was dead he had hang himself because he feel bad about what he had done.

how to make logandale better

logandale middle would be a better school if we had more things that attract students to come to this school.i think that logandale is a very good school but it dosent take a principal to run a school in my opinion the kids run the schools because without kids they woudln t be no teaching and no school.

my first reason is the food if they make more kinds of food it would make kids or students want to come here because students get tired of eating pizza and nachos all week over and over again. it would be better if they change the food a little bit. they could also change the school ativicties have more sports for example volleyball baseball and basketball that would also want students want to come to this school because we have more things that are fun and things that they could do during the day. its good for them because if they have problems at home they would have less time at home.
wouldn t you like to be in a place were is fun and you feel confortable.

my second reason is that is students would be aloud to come out of uniform during the school year students would think that is cool and they would like to go to a school that they like.i think that is a good idea bacause studenst get tired of having to wear white shirts and thats one of the reasons why studenst come without uniform or have color shirt under and thats why they get in trouble or get an hour detention.i think that is a good idea in many reasons. first reason is that studenstt would come to school with more joy second they would feel free and safe to wear what thety want while they are wearing something that they feel comfrotable in.

my third reason is that if the principal could change a little our schedule it would be fun if they could give us extra time of 15 to drink water and relax that would also help the teachers because they are estress of teaching al week and have to support us. that would also help because we would be that bored in class and after the break we can stop talking and geting in trouble.

another thing that needs to stop is the gang figths i think that they shouldn t permit gangs inside teh school. thats one of the reasons why parentsmove their children to other schools because of they see that you dont do nothing about it they migth be afraid that something migth happen to them of even that the students could get in the gang and do things that could hurt them. i mean many things could happen but the problem is that kids or studenst dont speak up and tell us what they look up in a school.

in my conclusion i think that it would be a good idea if those things were to happen because notonly would bring students come to this school it would also bring teachers for the past 2 years many teachres have quit to logandale becaus ethey dont see to much studenst coming over so they decide to move on. if it would be in my case rigth now to chose from raily school and logandale i would chose logamdale but the only thing is that they need to make an effort to show that we all can and pu more after school programs more aticvities in the school. we can also make a dance program i mena you can do alot of this.

stephanie galvan"s life story

i was so happy when my knese was born she was so nice and innocent.i had been living with my brother and sister in-law for about 8 years i know stephanie very well. she started to walk when she was 1 year old and sterted to walk when she was 2 years old. I stil remember when she said tio for the first time she put a smile on my face since she was born her parents put to much attention to her especially her dad she looks so much like him the only thing that she has of her mom are the eyes everything else is like her dad.

her first bday was big she had a cake and clowns she had a big smile on her face she was playing with her cusins whe she felt down the stairs and started bleeding it was not cool because it was spposed to be good in the first way and she end up in the hospital. when they arrived to the hospital in the emergency room it was empty only 2 persons were waithing so they took her in fast she had a broken leg but hs ewas okay

when she was 11 she satrted to change in her way to think and talk she even started beeing so apart from the family the only person she is closed to is me.As she grew up i knew that we were going to me good frends as she grew she told me her life how she feels and what she tough about people.she always wants the best for them even though they dont like her shes that kind of person that likes to make people laugh when they are sad. one day i took her to wisconsin with my wife all she said was thank you. in my opinion shes a very braved girl she tries to help her parents when she was 12 she did not like her older sister at all she hated her because the things that her sister had told her she had anger against her in many reasons, first because she used to say that if she had never born she ould be the only one in the family and everything would be perfect.

since that day she did not talk to her even if there parents used to be around stephanie is one of that persons that if you tell her to saty away she will. the think that she dosent like is when you say sorry to her she just forgets things like never happen and then you bring them back out she does not like that at all. when she first went to logandale middle school she did not like that school but then she meet rosy and she made a friendship with her as time pass she started to like that school all shhe talked about was school and friends when rosy left from that school she did not want to go to school no more she always used to say im sick or things like that but now in time life she has change shes not a 12 year old that used to be nice now she does everything to keep her head up no matter what happens.

when she turn 14 she was not a litle girl that when she blow out the candles she whished for a wish she instead said thank you for being here is a honor to hve you with me in my b-day party.
untill now nothing important has happen her relationship with her dad is not that good her dad thinks that she is in bad stuff but anything than that is good and if somethiing would be happening she would told me already because the friendship that we had is more big than the one that she has with her dad.
